Bigshare has all the required infrastructure for
data processing and Investor servicing by having
its own office admeasuring 5000 sq. ft. located
at E/2&3 Ansa Industrial Estate, Saki Vihar
Road, Saki Naka, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400072.
A separate area admeasuring 2200 sq. ft. is
available for storage of documents.
Bigshare has NSDL/CDSIL Connectivity alongwith
75 nodes connected to state of the art servers
for Investor servicing.
Bigshare currently employs over 60 well-trained
personnel capable of processing and servicing
the client requirements using customised
software by adapting the new automation
requirements for the emerging scenario.
Hardware platform::
Our Hardware platform include the most sturdy
systems with appropriate configurations
specifically required for Transfer Agency
services, such as PENTIUM PRO IBM Servers with
RAID controllers and includes operating systems
like Windows NT and SQL Servers.
In addition to the above we have over 75
workstations which are linked to our main
Pentium Server. The machines are connected in
Ethernet.
